We are currently seeking a vibrant and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our team and assist our Executive Assistant in managing a broad range of administrative tasks.

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our executive operations. This highly confidential position requires a proactive individual who is not only fun-loving but also thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift at a moment’s notice. This role will report directly to the Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media: Assist in managing our social media presence, contributing to content creations and engagement.
• Consents Management: Assist with obtaining and managing consents as required by the company.
• Asset Management: Assisting with asset management, including the sales and marketing of assets as required.
• Travel Coordination: Provide coverage for the Travel Coordinator, handling travel arrangements and logistics as needed.
• Billing & Contracts Administration: Step in to cover billing and contract administration duties when required.
• General Administration: Support with any other administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the executive team.

Who You Are:

• A proactive problem-solver who embraces challenges with enthusiasm.
• Highly adaptable, thriving in an environment where priorities can change rapidly.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humour.
• Familiarity with digital systems, social media, and SharePoint is a plus.
• Basic accounting experience would be advantageous.
• Scheduling experience booking flights and accommodation.
