About the role

We are seeking dedicated individuals for positions available nationwide (Waihi, Cromwell, Macraes, Reefton) within our Surface and Underground projects. Join a team that values camaraderie, mutual support, and hard work.

Minimum Role Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Diamond Drilling

- Level 3/4 Drilling Certification

- Strong commitment to safety practices

- Clean Police Record

- Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working in remote locations and underground environments

- Current manual driver’s license with no restrictions

- Flexibility to be a supportive team player

- Extensive manual labor experience and physical fitness to meet the role’s demands

Key Duties

- Conduct daily pre-start equipment checks

- Complete necessary safety documentation and processes

- Safely drill to provide quality core samples that meet client requirements

- Assist with routine maintenance

- Mentor and teach Driller Assistants

- Set up, dismantle, and relocate drill rigs and equipment

- Communicate effectively with client team members

- Perform additional duties as needed
